1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any of Chrysalinks Consulting’s services, including but not limited to the Goal-to-10 Customers Sales Readiness Program (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Program Description
The Program is designed to assist businesses in their early stages of development, guiding them from concept to securing their first 10 customers. The specific services and support provided may vary and will be outlined in the Program Agreement.
3. Payment and Fees
- Pay-It-Forward Model: Clients begin making regular payments upon acquiring their first customer through the program. These payments continue until the client has secured 10 customers.
- Additional Fees: Optional additional fees may apply for specific services, such as the Sales Tools Bundle.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the Program Agreement and may include installment plans or other arrangements.
4. Data Privacy and Security
Chrysalinks Consulting is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. We will only collect and process personal information that is necessary for the provision of our services. We will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to the Program and its materials belong to Chrysalinks Consulting.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information or trade secrets disclosed during the course of the Program.
7. Limitation of Liability
Chrysalinks Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Program or these Terms of Service.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, or government actions.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If negotiation or mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Institution, e.g., Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA)].
10. Termination
Chrysalinks Consulting reserves the right to terminate the Program or any part thereof, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
12. Changes to Terms of Service
Chrysalinks Consulting reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Chrysalinks Consulting website.
By signing the Program Agreement, the client agrees to abide by these Terms of Service.
